Project Vision and Development

We analyze market demand and use our experience and insight to identify opportunities to develop sources of both renewable and conventional energy.

Permitting, Environmental and Regulatory Approvals

We obtain all necessary permits and government approvals, including air impact analysis, air permit application and submittal, and water/wastewater analysis and permitting.

Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management

Our team of project managers coordinates all engineering, procurement and construction management activities through a single point of contact, from contract negotiation through facility commissioning and start-up.

Infrastructure

We develop the necessary infrastructure required for energy facilities, including rail, water, wastewater, fuel supply, roadways and electrical interconnection.

Deal Structure and Finance

We’ve executed numerous financings for energy plants in the United States and abroad, totaling more than $1 billion. Our structures include everything from straight corporate finance to multi-tiered, non-recourse debt with tax-advantaged equity structures and multiple currencies.

Asset Management

Our team of asset management professionals manages our facilities, from fuel and feedstock procurement through delivery of the final energy product.

Operations

We operate all of our energy facilities through our affiliate Indeck Operations, Inc.  Our operating availability consistently exceeds industry averages, and our performance is second-to-none.
